1. Limited Website Access

RT One grants visitors limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the public website solely for legitimate informational and business purposes. No ownership interest, intellectual-property right, software license, source-code right, reproduction right, commercialization right, or other proprietary right is transferred.

2. RT One Intellectual Property

The website and its contents are owned by or licensed to RT One LLC and protected by applicable law. Protected material may include RT One names, branding, logos, software concepts, interfaces, screenshots, visualizations, workflows, methodologies, process models, diagrams, training materials, manuals, product descriptions, text, graphics, photographs, videos, architecture descriptions, documentation, data structures, reports, proprietary terminology, AI-assisted features, and other original content.

3. Prohibited Uses

Unless RT One LLC expressly authorizes it in writing, users may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from proprietary material;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, index, mirror, bulk-download, or use automated means to extract RT One content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, or attempt to derive software logic;
• identify or access private routes, internal APIs, administrator functions, test environments, or security controls without authorization;
• bypass restrictions, interfere with operation, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized authentication;
• use RT One materials to create or train a competing commercial product or service without written authorization;
• misrepresent ownership, remove notices, or use RT One branding without permission.

4. Software Visuals

Illustrative product visualizations communicate concepts and capabilities. They do not authorize copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, imitation, commercialization, or derivation of competing interfaces, products, workflows, or software.

5. Product Information

Website descriptions are informational. Specific capabilities, services, deliverables, scope, licensing, integrations, timelines, support, warranties, pricing, and responsibilities are governed only by the applicable written client agreement. Website content does not modify an executed contract.

6. Accreditation Readiness

RT One provides tools, implementation support, workflows, and software intended to assist with Accreditation Readiness. RT One is not an accrediting body and does not grant, guarantee, certify, or promise accreditation. Accreditation and regulatory decisions remain with the applicable authority. Clients remain responsible for determining applicable standards, laws, regulations, requirements, and professional obligations.

7. Clinical and Professional Disclaimer

Public content is general business information, not medical, patient-specific, diagnostic, legal, or regulatory advice. RT One software and services do not replace licensed professionals, laboratory or medical directors, compliance officers, legal counsel, quality personnel, or client leadership.

8. Artificial Intelligence

AI-assisted functionality requires appropriate human review. AI output is not independent approval, an accreditation determination, clinical diagnosis, legal conclusion, regulatory determination, or final authoritative decision. Authorized users remain responsible for verification and downstream consequences.

9. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” RT One disclaims express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, security, error-free operation, and fitness for a specific regulatory or accreditation outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RT ONE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE OR INABILITY TO USE IT. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RT One LLC and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement, unauthorized access attempts, or misuse of RT One content or intellectual property.

12. Third-Party Services

Third-party links or references are not endorsements unless expressly stated. RT One is not responsible for third-party systems, content, security, availability, or practices.

13. Availability and Changes

RT One may modify, correct, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website pages, content, products, services, or features at any time without an obligation to maintain prior public content.

14. Security

Users may not circumvent, probe, test, or defeat website or application security without express written authorization. RT One may monitor access and investigate or restrict suspicious activity.

15. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or an executed agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes relating solely to public website use shall lie in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan, subject to applicable law. This provision requires counsel confirmation before publication.

16. Severability; No Waiver

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

17. Changes

RT One may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
